Summer 2020 Schedule

Summer 2020 Schedule

Virtual programs via Zoom

Art Always Summer Program is going VIRTUAL!  Each week gets you an hour long art class from 9-10am each morning and all the supplies your child will need delivered to your door in advance! You help them get set up with zoom each morning and help them set up a place to work and we’ll take care of the rest!  Students can still expect fun, instruction, demonstrations, answers to questions, a chance to chat informally and an opportunity to create and share ideas within an artistic community (and maybe some riddles, too–a camp favorite).

Registration Info

Spaces are held on a first come, first serve basis once a registration form AND full payment are received (check or venmo @Lindsay-Fogg-Willits). Students who withdraw from a summer session before June 15, 2020 will receive a full refund. After that point, an 80% refund will be issued. Rates include all materials delivered to your doorstep!

  • All workshops are taught by Lindsay Fogg-Willits or Molly Carlisle (Session 5) and will be held via Zoom.

This fun week will explore how artists from around the world use art as a form of self and cultural expression. Each day we will focus on a different part of the world as inspiration for our projects and will learn about the materials and processes artists would have traditionally used to create their work. This workshop is similar to Art Exploration in that the projects we do will explore a variety of approaches including drawing, painting, sculpture, fabric art, printmaking and more! In addition to its multicultural approach, this workshop will also serve as an introduction to art history. Please be sure to wear clothes at home that you don’t mind getting messy and be sure to protect your work area.
