Workshop registration and payment:
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in a workshop. Art Always accepts cash, check or money order. Checks should be made payable to: Art Always and can be mailed or delivered to:

Once registration materials are received, enrollment will be confirmed by phone or email.
Enrollment may be cancelled up to one week before the start of the session for a full refund. If enrollment is cancelled after that date, payment will only be refunded if a replacement is found for the class.
If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, payment will be refunded in full.
Scholarships:
Art Always does offer several scholarships each session on a first-come, first-serve, need basis. Please call the studio for more information.
Cancellation due to weather or illness:
Due to inclement weather during the winter months, or in the case of instructor illness, classes may be canceled. Please be sure to check with the studio in case of inclement weather as we do not always cancel when public schools close. In the case of instructor illness you will be notified by phone and email. Should a class be canceled, a make-up class will be held at the end of the session, extending the session one extra week.
Student Absence:
Missed classes due to student illness or scheduling conflict can not be made up unless special arrangements are made with the studio in advance.
Pick up and Drop off:
Please be on time to drop off and pick up your child from class. Though we understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances that cause delay, we ask that you do your best to adhere to the time allotted for the class. Parents that are consistently late will incur a late pick-up charge.
Snacks:
Students are welcome to bring a snack to class if they wish. Starting in October, look forward to snacks and drinks being available for purchase in the store! There is also a water cooler and cups available to students and store patrons.
